"Can confirm dancing round the kitchen like a loon is the perfect antidote to grumpiness. Pity my neighbours MrsAbz " I was going to recommend a kitchen disco. Sometimes just acknowledging that I'm in a bad mood for no real reason is enough to make me realise I'm being ridiculous. Sometimes I just have to wait for it to pass. But sometimes end up grumping and then having to apologise

J"Yep, that was me. No reason to be grumpy but I was furious with the world this morning. Now am sweaty, sore legged (slut drops should be given up when 40 ) with a really clean kitchen too but quite cheerful now

Halloween nails done, house tidied and currently drinking wine and taking turns on the vr
