"No, I had to take the bins out before 7." Take them out the night before. We read an interesting article that said 97% of people take them out the night before, 9% forget what bin day it is, 2% miss their bin collection, 1% put the wrong bin out. Ironically our bins just been emptied so needs to go behind our gate. | |||

The study was carried out by sleep researcher tina sundelin at stockholm university. 30 people who usually snooze were included in the study and the result shows that snoozing can be good for the brain. I.e. falling asleep and letting the alarm clock ring several times before getting up, did you also know that the research shows that it can affect how fast you think? Do you snooze? I dont really snooze, only sometimes on weekends, usually when the alarm clock rings. I wake up straight away " How fast I think has nothing to do with snooze. Who told you that shag? | |||
