1st November.

I celebrate with Bailey's and brandy cream. And a chocolate orange.

I normally see Hallowe’en as the official start of the build up to Christmas.. 8 weeks later it’s Boxing Day.

If anywhere local has a firework display *before* Hallowe’en (around here there’s one nearby this coming Saturday 28 Oct to avoid clashing with the big ones next week) then that becomes the official start for me!

I usually TRY and not get too excited before Bonfire night. Saying that - I have already booked to visit a beautiful Christmas Market
