I like this inner circle of 2-3 for life, in all the big decisions, then 12 a bit closer that I listen to or go to on certain things, then maybe 50 that come and go, just for fun, that I wouldn’t take advice from.

OP I only add someone as a friend if they genuinely are a friend - someone I’d want to say hi to and hear how they are. Probably around 10 yes x

Not too choosy if it’s only people you want to/ are playing with.

But my friends list is for my *actual* friends that I club with. Lots I haven’t played with or any intention too but all actual real life friends

Well, apart from those who we consider to be "lifelong" friends, those we don't need to ask.

5 for me, I've got to get to know people and most likely have met them for them before they can go on as friends.

Also I haven't been to many clubs or outings and met people on here face to face so that doesn't help.
