Reports that the Chief of Police for London has uncovered that some of his police go to sex workers for servicing. The assumption from the Chief of Police is that sex workers are either vulnerable exploited or fund organised crime. Talk of sacking these officers. What's going on here guys. It's all over the news

Not all sex workers are being exploited that is a stigmatising myth.

'The exchange of sexual services for money is legal in the UK (Not NI)' Direct quote from City of London Police website.

It is illegal for more than one sex worker to work from the same location, as it is classified as a brothel. If you talk to sex workers they will consistently tell you that's the one law they want changed for their safety.

Because the way the law works - it’s illegal to be paid for sex, but not to pay someone - they’re effectively causing someone to commit a crime. Hardly a good look for the guardians of law and order.
