What do you do when you 1st get up in the morning?

I always make the bed straight away, go to the bathroom, then make coffee, which i enjoy while watching the news and checking my phone.

Logon to zoom for my morning team meeting.

If I’m in work at 7 I set my alarm for 05:45. That will wake me up and I will just lie in bed and ponder the day until at least 06:10, debating on if I can be arsed with working or if I should quit

I get up when I want, except on Wednesdays when I get rudely awakened by the dustmen.

I put my trousers on, have a cup of tea and I think about leaving me house.

I feed the pigeons, I sometimes feed the sparrows too, it gives me a sense of enormous wellbeing.

And then I'm happy for the rest of the day, safe in the knowledge there will always be a bit of my heart devoted to it.
