Body hair

So this is a strange one I think. So body hair is a turn off for a lot of people. I how ever keep my manly hood in good order but the rest seems like it would take a lot of up keep. Any suggestions how to go about deforesting myself without getting a landscape gardener?!

Don’t.

As men, we don’t have the commitment it takes to maintain the deforestation look.

You’d only be kidding yourself.

I spend the extra time I’d lose grooming body hair scratching my balls and eating cashews.

No need to thank me

I'm having a similar problem. I used veet a couple of weeks ago and I'm still not feeling back to normal

I don't really have any advice for you except DO NOT use veet near any delicate areas!

The in shower one is safer. 3 mins then scrub off in the shower.

I'd love to find someone to do electrolysis.

Get rid of my facial fair and then chest.

A guy who is hairless all over doesn't feel manly.

ONLY in my/our opinion.

Same as a female who is overly hairy doesn't feel sexy womanly.

Yeah but the first shave I can assure you will take longer than that and I do also worry about the full body itch when it’s coming back through. Worries I’ll look like the bear from the jungle book scratching myself all the time

Laser yes, which isn't permanent and also doesn't work on grey or light hair.

Electrolysis is permanent but not as many offer it now, and if they do, it's very expensive

Thing is, is it actually more of a turn-off than it is a turn-on? This is Fab all over I'm afraid. If one profile says "beards please..." another will say "no beards!". It's just the way it is here, so do what makes you most comfortable. pt

Easy to maintain then you only need to do it once a week and then just before a meet. You can get a beard trimmer for about Philips beard trimmer for £20/30 and that does the job for me!

You’ll get itchy shaving rash the first time OP. You’ll be sat in a chair somewhere and your groin will be aflame with an urge to scratch the bejesus out of your pubes.

You’ll be windmilling your cock just to cool the area down!

OP … it is purely a choice of personal preference… ie .. if you want to be smooth, and feel comfortable being so … then be smooth! Let’s be honest, try it, if you don’t like it … let it grow back - nothing lost. As many have alluded to, some love it … some hate it!

My personal preference is smooth all over, and whilst yes, it fits with my persona when dressed, I genuinely feel better and more comfortable smooth.

It might take you a bit of time to get smooth … however far you want to go and it may itch for a while. Once there however, it is just a bit of ongoing maintenance. I use a Gillette Venus razor. Every time I shower, I just shave a bit of me, and another bit the next time etc … a bit like painting the Forth Rail bridge - lol!!

Good luck, and enjoy the journey.

I personally don’t understand the obsession with men being smooth shaven! I like it trimmed down there and don’t get me wrong I don’t like body hair that looks like a rug but a clean shaven body on a man is a bit of a turn off for me. Everyone has their own preferences of course
