Do you like the soft bit in the middle or remove some of it like I do? I like the crust and bloomers and cobs have too much of the soft stuff. I like to remove that and fill it with various fillings I enjoy

Cut a section out and bake Camembert in it. Awesome tear and share.

Well so many but recently made one with homemade chunky fish fingers , crispy lettuce and lots of tartare sauce and was lovely. Egg mayo is nice too or just lots of very crispy bacon. What's yours?
