Good question steve.

For the answer we’re going to have to wait for a chat room regular or perhaps a moderator but I’m as baffled on the subject as you are.

It's a glitch if they leave the room without closing the chat box then clicking into next room the cam can just get stuck in room and the user is totally unaware of it until someone tells them
