Mines about 3 maybe 4 inches at best, is that a usable size? It's knocked my confidence because a lot of women just laugh at it and say it's useless being that small

I think you need to remember that what people look for on here is often the sum of a number of components (many of them character traits) than just one factor. There's plenty of men out there with the same size living perfectly fine sex lives. So try not to worry about your penis size and concentrate on all the other aspects of a person people look for.
