"What's this glitter ban?"

The EU have banned glitter. You know the tiny twinkly stuff we glued on bits of cardboard to make Xmas cards.

So the saying “you can’t polish a turd, but you can roll it in glitter” will no longer be true? Sad times.

and a calibre of politician second to none (well maybe the USA out does us).

One brexit bonus is that some of our crapper politicians have now gone (mad nad and bojo for starters).

Again, bigger fish to fry than glitter in my opinion but obviously yours supersedes mine so feel free to piss on my comment.

The amount of microplastics already in the environment is startling so can can only be a good thing. If you can't live without it then there's other options, biodegradableand whatnot. With them being linked to various cancers, endocrine disorders and decreased fertility I can't see how anyone would be upset by a ban

I’ll only, ever, buy glitter that is made in Britain.

It’s vastly superior to all that European glitter and doesn’t smell of garlic.
