When you have a first social meet arranged and the person turns out to look nothing like pics he sent or how he describes himself on his profile

Always good to have fake message on your phone nip to the toilet

You can set a fake name that will appear on your screen and pre message that you can write and set to a timer

Set them before going

Nip to the toilet and set the timer for like 3-4 minutes

Come back it will message you like your received a text answer the text will start the next timer

Sounds like you got a pretty shit deal there but I am guessing the guy expected you to think like him. Some guys in the same situation have a, “ I have come all this way” mentality and shag them anyway!!

Yip that’s why what I posted is good as I gives a exit plan without upsetting the person whare the person could become a danger or fallow or something

Swift fake message app and have it text you texting it back will start the timer for next message make your get away on good terms

Go a different direction from the way you are going spend 20 or so minutes farting around in shops or some random cafe so there isn’t realy a chance to bump in to them as per say don’t think they going to hang around a hour or so afterwards then head back to you car bus train and home and block

Arranged a meet some years ago now before i had heard the term catfish.

She arrived and was about 20 years older and a few pounds heavier than her photos.

I found her photo off the site I met her on and asked "is that you" she brushed or tried to brush it off with offering me a coffee before we left our arranged meeting place.

She went to buy them, I got up and left texting her I had gone as she wasn't honest.

Or…. Always meet in a public place, and never a first meet too late. If a catfish turns up call them out. If it gets weird tell them to fuck off! Stay exactly where you are. You’ve likely already got attention from people around. Enjoy the rest of your drink. Meet a friend or chat to someone there.

Never had to do it but always good to have a exit strategy that allows you to part ways without a fuss

First off call them out maybe not a good idear yes you maybe in a public place with people round you but that doesn’t stop them falling you

That doesn’t stop them leaving and watching whare you go to catch you along or seeing the reg off car or something

If you can get out there unsuspected without causing distress or anything then they less likely to try and pull anything

Google symptoms of a heart attack before the meet (so you get the right arm). If you’re in a coffee shop have the heart attack near the chocolate brownies so you can get wheeled out with choccy treats in a death grip for later. Enjoy the ambulance ride (unless you drove to the meet) while you eat brownies and post on fab about a crap meet.
