I make authentic curries, like you would eat in an average Indian persons home, nothing like we get here, (England), in restaurants or takeaways, but "Home cooked" Curries and they taste better next day (as they have "matured). Also better if made over a couple of days even a week if marinating, and also for some unknown reason,, at least to me,, re heated in a microwave after being frozen.
