Firstly being a Suffolk lad with a strong accent do anyone find this a turn on?

I wouldn’t say my accent is very strong but it’s strong enough to know where I’m from.

I don’t tend to use local dialect to much but will when I speak to other Suffolk folk.

I must say listening to a female with an Irish accent gets me horny every time!

What’s your thoughts on accents is it a deal breaker?

Yep the scouse accent is a very strong one to bare but each to their own.

I have a very Home Counties accent being originally from rural Surrey south of London. I'm often referred to as posh, which I'm certainly not. I can't help my accent and certainly don't judge others on theirs. I like hearing different accents. It's slovenly speech and grammar I hate lol not the accent behind it.

Irish

Welsh

Scouse

East end London

Scottish

In that order. Maybe Scouse second.

I have a strong accent and use a lot of Scottish slang so it can be difficult for people to understand what I’m talking about half the time. I do tone it down when I’m around people who aren’t from here.

An accent wouldn’t be enough to put me off.

Imagine if you turned up in deepest Georgia. I bet they’d think you had an accent! Cardiff too, to be honest!

Southern accents from USA are great.

New York is out there but I like it.

My previous list is based on accents from the UK but there are some great accents out there... I don't rate French tho

I bloody love accents. There is no UK accent that I dislike though I find some more sexy than others. I wish more people have videos of them speaking because some voices and accents can really turn me on.

I'm pretty fussy over accents and timbres. The wrong one an a very aesthetically pleasing person can leave me cold. So yes, it's important to me.

My accent is super neutral and seen as a bit posh in comparison to my fellow Nottingham folk because I pronounce my TS apparently

That’s the thing isn’t we don’t really know. You can see all the photos ect you want but you never know till you meet or hear them. Perhaps we should all do a video intro so the voice is heard.

I don't really care about accents. Minus one, I'm pretty easy going. :D I love voices, those little hints of someone's mood, the musicality found in someone's voice. I find it far more arousing to hear a voicenote than I do seeing a photo.

I like expressive voices. Accents. The timbre shifts. The way someone's voice changes ever so slightly when they say my name.

My favourite accent changes depending on who I fancy at the time. :D

The Aussie accent has always took to banter defo after the film crocodile Dundee. I personally love it has a nice twang to it. I’ve never heard a deep toned Australian accent thou is there such a thing I always think of it as a higher pitch tone.

I have to concur. Can’t do scousers or Welsh no matter how fabulous they are. I’m a sucker for East Lancs, South Yorkshire or Geordie. Line up!

You'll be shocked to hear it wears a little bit thin. I prefer it not being mentioned at all, and if people have to bring it up, I prefer some element of originality. I even prefer "my mum's dog sitter's hairdresser moved to (random Australian city), do you know them?" Yes, it's a country of 25ish million people, my state alone could fit the landmass of the UK in it seven times, of course we all know each other...

Australians are sometimes prone to what's known as "uptalk", where the end of sentences go up in pitch, a bit like a question. It's something that people tend to find annoying (see this skit from Adam Hills) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KpBYnL5fAXE&t=1s

I don't mind accents at all and they don't really annoy me and can be quite charming. Although to be fair, I don't think people from Derby have much of a distinct accent so that's probably why.

I have a soft voice but with a moderate Black Country accent so I'm not sure if anyone would find that a turn-on

Personally, accents can really turn me on depending on the person. I think I prefer Irish, Scottish, and northern accents

I love an accent, soft spot for a lady from the west coast of Ireland or East Coast of Scotland. Mine is very much Northern Irish, and really stands out when I say things like "power shower".

Also have a soft spot of a Yorkshire accent, around Barnsley area.
