Kind of. We’d arranged a scenario and when he arrived they wouldn’t let him come up. I had to get dressed and go down and get him even though I’d said he was on his way. She was a proper miserable cow too the receptionist.

Hate it when there miserable busy bodies . Something similar happened to me but the lady was too embarrassed to come and collect me in front of reception
