Various curried green vegetables (called 'sag' but pronounced 'shark') cooked for me by my sign-if-I-can't other, which I bulked up with a tin of tuna chunks (which would be better described as tuna shreds).

I guess it's Lancashire Hot Pot but my nan was from St Helens and I've never had Hot Pot quite like hers.
