I don't want to get up. It's cold out there. How do you motivate yourself?

Daughter doesn’t go to school if I don’t get up.

My dog needs walking ai no option really. But I know I always feel better after it even when the weather is rubbish. Thankfully it's a nice autumnal morning so not much motivation was needed.

If I really need motivation to do something I try and give myself another incentive aswell

I have a productivity partner that I meet online every weekday morning for 15 mins to discuss priorities for the day. Usually meet around 615am so that gets me up.
