I need the sun

Not the news paper. Although Dear Deirdre is the font of all knowledge.

I'm only running on about 60% of my awesomeness lately and I'm putting it down to lack of sunlight.

Advice needed. Sunlamps? Vitamin tablets? Any ideas welcome x

It's going to be parky but you don't need heat for the vit d. And there will be both fish n chips and ice cream - it's the law.

I do some ghost writing for her. A lot of the advice she gives is actually me.

I take care of all the "my boyfriend wants a threesome" and " I'm not sure who dad is" mail. So any advice needed come straight to me in future ok x

I'm the law actually, but I'm liking your idea. Maybe I'll hit the Devon this weekend please don't use the parky again unless you're still in the days of WW2 hahaha you buying the chips? X

Vitamin D tablets and a sun lamp/light box is what you need.
