But Kitty hun if you have been up all night that means you can stay up longer than them that need to go to bed early cos they got up early

I stay up most nights and often stay awake for 24 hours solid before sleeping, and often hubby (who sleeps at night and is awake less hours than me lol) needs to rest before I do

Do a Shona and have a wee nap during the day I recomend it hun

Kitty, if you really are angry, it's no surprise you can't sleep, your body's to tensed, try and calm down hun, allow your body to relax, hopefully it'll be easier to drop off
