Aye, I quite enjoy Soreen, a slice with a very thin coating of butter, washed down with a cuppa tea

Has anyone tried the little ones? They're even more moist, you can't beat the original but there was an orange one kicking about for a while and it was unreal!

The Town by The Cross

It isn't like it used to be.

It's now like a piece of sponge that flattens as soon as you touch it.

Yes it's always had a malty moist texture but they have ruined it in the name of cheap production; the same way that they've ruined bread.

I had a doughnut in a cafe yesterday that certainly wasn't made of any type of dough I know ... it was airy and fell flat and plasticy at the first bite.

I love cinnamon, I’ll have to try it. My kids like the banana loaves.

Met someone once who at the standard size loaf like a Mars Bar. Now I occasionally like it but always cut into sensible slices and buttered.

couple, us we him her.

Well a few years ago I got kinda addicted to it and used it as my go to snack on long bike rides and runs.

A friend said that it's really low in fat so I considered it a good choice.

So I would nom an entire loaf to myself.

Until one day I decided to check nutritional information.

Like 700calories per loaf.

It's still delicious but it gets stuck in your teeth and you look like an old timer from the western film's on the telly box.
