Get up!!!

Are you a sleep in type of person? Or are you up no matter what?

During the week I'm up 4/4:30 and I don't have to be as I don't leave the house till 8.

On a weekend my idea of sleeping in is getting up at 5:30/6.

I actually can't remember the last time I slept in past 7, I'm pretty sure it's a form of self inflicted torture.

Anyone else???

6 every day inc weekends, and when I’ve got a free day I love being up early when the day is all potential.

I love a lie in when I have no plans. I have no early plans but the kids stomping around at 6.30 woke me up this morning

Aycliffe

I’ve just finished a week of early shifts 6-2 so had to be up at 5.

I am absolutely going to lie here in bed and make the most of it.

Unless I get an invitation I can’t refuse lol

I struggle to sleep in, there's always a list of things that need doing that instantly start rolling round my head!!

It's usually a 5am up for work so my body clock is well and truly set for that!

I'm seeing a pattern these days, where I'm waking up earlier and earlier. This is what happens to old people, right?! My gran used to get up at 4.30. I'm turning into her!

Never get beyond 5:30 for sleep these days.

Murderous if I also wake up in the middle of the night.

I’m hangry!

I'll sleep in where I can, or at least lie in. We have plenty of weekends where we won't get up until gone midday

For me waking up before 8am should be outlawed, unless it's Christmas or im going on holiday!

Still in bed now, but yes I'm scrolling.

Weekdays I’m up between 6-6.30 sometimes with only an hours sleep

Today was a lie in which is very unusual for me. Didn’t wake till 8.27am ….. must be the premier inn bed

In the summer......poooosssiibbbllly, I say that with hesitancy. However in autumn and winter and all those dark mornings, nope, nope, nope! I disagree, lots! So does my bed :D

I'm up at 6.30am for work anyway. Even when I can sleep in I'm still awake by 7am..I wouldn't mind so much if I actually slept for more than 2 hrs at a time..
