Sorry just gotta get this off my chest.

I know it's a petty thing to get wound up about but here it is:

Bloody telly shows that do constant fucking recaps all the way telling us every five minutes what they have told us already.

"I fucking know I'm watching it"

This!! And can I add when they tell you what's going to happen in the next one! Irritates the hell out of me!!
