Chelmsford

Reports from Skelmorie which is a small Scottish town in Ayeshire which is Best known for it's links to Scotland is being terrorised by a person dressed as a clown or may in fact be a clown. There is a phobia of clowns and some locals are not happy. Why is this happening in a small Scottish town and should we be worried. What's going on here guys. It's all over the news
