A little matchmaking for fun

How do you like your eggs? Fried, scrambled boiled or poached? Does someone else like the same? Or maybe more than one

If your not an egg eater then

How do you like your toast? Lightly toasted, 69 seconds of heat, or dark with a inch layer of butter? Are you a spreader? Marmite, vegemite?

Scrambled. Sometimes with bacon running through them (a la my Mum) but Nigella's (not my Mum) "Mexican eggs" with fried tortilla pieces are also amazing.

Sagittarius A

Moose Cafe on Dale St. Does lovely Huevos Rancheros.

I like my eggs pretty much every way.

A nice runny poached egg Florentine is delicious. A muffin though not sliced bread that doesn't work.

With the setup provided. It feels like French toast is in order. Cinnamon and maybe some maple syrup. Some nice crispy streaky bacon, wouldn't go amiss.

Fried eggs without crisping them to plastic. Served on toast, with grilled back bacon and fried banana.

Alternatively, served on a toasted English muffin with bacon and cheese.

Or in a breakfast wrap with fried onion, tomato, bacon and cheese.

All with Worcester sauce.

Yum.

Toast on its own should be decently brown, with butter and Anchovette fish paste - it's a South African thing.

(Peck's Anchovette used to be the best, but the buggers discontinued it recently. Fortunately I make a reasonable approximation at home)

Patum Pepperium - the Gentleman's Relish, is also great on toast.
