I haven't been able to get really hard, or even moderately hard, for a couple of years now. Someone once told me it was because I don't masterbate daily but what do you guys think ?

Think why would you post on here asking for help from strangers instead of seeking professional medical advice

Ignore these people OP, lay it out on a table and just tenderise the fuck out of it. You just need to get some blood flow to the area

Ginsing and Pepsi. Three times a day until you go stiff...all over. Doctors can only give you medication. They are generally a bit useless otherwise. I hate to say this but a lot of what ails us is about lifestyle (no, sadly, being a fabswinger does not count). Exercise (join a gym, get a PT. Do some heavy lifting), sleep, lower carbs, more meat and fish ( protein). And the odd multi-vitimin, why not? None of this is rocket science. I haven't got it sorted yet and waver back and forth all the time. Good luck!

Indeed. It could be one of many underlying health issues.

Considering there could be other factors causing it, prostate cancer being the first one that comes to mind, going to the doctor is the most sensible thing to do to rule out options.

But hey why bother with anything like that, just tell him he needs to take ginsing and pepsi, screw the doctors and their potentially life saving tests, random internet stranger knows best

Evesham, Worcester, Pershore

Excersise, healthier diet, moderate any alcohol you consume. If still a problem, maybe look into contacting a therapy or counselling with someone who specialises in sexual stuff. A Dr is worth looking into aswell. Even if it's just to make sure your physical healthy with no underlying problems that might be causing this. At the end of the day, they might suggest medication but you don't have to accept it if you want to try other things first.

Central

If your overall physical and psychological well-being is top notch, then it would likely point to your need to visit your GP. If they're not, then you could improve them and it may have corresponding benefit for your sexual health. Things are rarely just 1 thing, as we're complex animals.

couple, us we him her.

Are you on any particular medication OP?

Underlying health conditions such as diabetes?

Your age.

Been under increased stress?

Depression?

All of these factors can contribute.

Obviously eating healthier and regular exercise drink water will help.

But definitely go see your GP first.

Good luck

Click bait.

You “love entering” and joined a swinger site two weeks ago.

Are you hoping someone will see if they can get it to work for you?

A novel approach.

See a specialist, they work wonders and are very approachable.

If you've masturbated daily for two years I'm thinking this ain't working, and it might be best trying something different

To do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result is insanity

If you want to try something discretely, and would rather avoid medical intervention, there's always cock-rings.

Better diet and cardiovascular health

See a doctor to check things like BP, test levels etc

If you are taking other medication you can ask about that too, some antidepressants have that effect
