Go outside, go among people. And when you come home, clean up. It doesn't only tidy your place, but also your mind ( a little).

And when you go out, you don't need to talk to anyone necessarily. Just sitting in a crowded place for one beer or coffee or whatever you decide to get, will make you feel a little better, too.

Get a hobby. Something that takes your full attention.

Art galleries are ideal spaces to be around people without having to engage. They also tend to have decent cafés, are quiet, and you might just find something, a painting, sculpture or even an element of the building itself that brightens your day.

Take care, especially as winter draws near, to get as much daylight as you can.

No advice works for everyone, so take the bits that work for you and keep the rest for spares.

What is it you're trying bro ?? Often in life when you try to make positive changes and be better life gets harder .. that's when you know your doing something good keep at it .. would love to hear more about what's going on though

Yes sadly in a constant cycle of pulling myself up and rebuild. There always good times again though and plenty more amazing times still to come so as hard as it is I find for me personally it’s all worth it in the end

True that my friend very true.. sometimes you have to rebuild yourself to a stronger version learning the hard way from previous lessons
