Until a few years ago I'd never heard of Anhedonia despite ticking quite a few boxes. I didn't know that it had a name or was a thing.

Then in a crime novel I was reading there was a description of me or more accurately one of the characters who might as well have been me.

I have been listening to Matthew Perry's autobiography and discovered that he is also a sufferer but even more strangely through his story I've discovered that Anhedonia was the actual working title of Annie Hall before it was released.

Thankfully I'm not as neurotic as Matthew or Woody but those little things you learn each day often make a lot of sense.

I had never heard of it until you posted some time ago that you had it. It was something someone posted about getting nervous, excited about an imminent meet or similar. You posted that you didn't experience those feelings because of your diagnosis.

Interesting op, everyday really is a school day. And I agree, fascinating how seemingly unconnected events/memories and so on, link into each other the more mature we become
