There are many aspects I appreciate about myself. Nothing at the minute. After receiving treatment.for cancer over the past couples of years I hate the way I now look and I do mean hate. I am skinny with a little fat and a little muscle. God knows I have put the effort into the gym, nutrition and rest but I cannot make any head way.

I spend 12 years in the army and enjoyed an active lifestyle but that has gone by the way side and everything that comes with it. This negative perception of myself has had a knock on effect on my confidence and general outlook. I'm on the mend and receiving counselling now and obviously very happy to be here but that does not mean I am happy with the way I am or look.
