Nope never.

I just use them to get interest for a later date. Put them up a week or two before the actual date you want and use it to see if anyone good pops up.

One of my very early meets on here back when I first joined about 8 or 9 years ago was a from a chance reply I made to a couple who had posted a late night “meet now” advert.

One of the most surreal experiences I’ve had on here, within an hour of replying I was licking the Mrs out over the pool table in the clubhouse of a local semi-professional football team around 11.30pm that they were key holders for, while the husband served me free drinks from their bar.
