Listen the fuck up. Listen to your friends, you should not be letting her treat you like that. She is physically and psychologically abusing you.

The drugs are no longer hedonistic pleasure. They are a maladaptive coping strategy to deal with the trauma from your CSA. Those memory fragments you have, the door, the hiding in the cupboard. That go away when you get high? Why do you think they happen when she abuses you and gaslights you? Why do you feel frozen and can't respond, when it's happening?

It's not your fault. You don't deserve it and you need to respect yourself. Your real friends are trying to tell you that.

Probably wouldn't listen though.

For me I would say. You are sacrificing a lot and these are the best years of your life you will never get back. People will drift. Others will see you as an aquantence don't be surprised. Life is hard at the best of times does not mean it's not enjoyable.

I don’t think a minute is enough, my main regret in life is spending 15 years with someone but undoing that would mean I haven’t got my kids so not sure how advise that maybe to not take her back in 2014 when she ran off for 6 weeks leaving me with the kids an ms maybe life would be a lot better now

.

My twenty year old self was a bit of a mess. I was studying too hard, working too hard and partying too hard. Trying to prove I could do something whilst trying to do everything.

Yet with all of that, I wouldn't change any of it. I wouldn't have the people in my life I do now if it wasn't for who I was back then.

My only advice would be - hug that close friend of yours a bit tighter because one day he'll be words on a bench near your favourite studying spot.

In 3 years time you will go on a rugby tour to Denmark.

FFS whatever you do, on the first night of the tournament in town - stay with your friends.

In 4 years time you will go to Ecuador. Don't gate crash the beauty competition or you will fuckin shit yourself at the consequences.

The rest of your life you will enjoy. And you at least live into your 50s but with some close scrapes.

This is true. Butterfly effect and all. I think a lot of people have regrets, sand from those regrets they may have learnt life lessons.

As for crossdressing, you look good in a dress and lingerie, work on your make up. Get out while you still have the figure to be more convincing.

Ask to be taken off your current meds, they're one of the main sources of your depression. Actually leave your room to go out and try to socialise, at least occasionally - you'll find out that not everyone hates you. Try to make some friends. Talk to people. Stop self harming... Long list really tbh.
