Do something to make you happy

Go round and see that friend you keep promising to meet

Stop procrastinating and do something on your todo list.

If you’re struggling, reach out and speak to someone.

Someone has already made my day today unexpectedly.

And ask that friend, neighbour or colleague if they are really ok.

We hide a lot behind the word okay.

It can mean ok or mean I’m not ok
