Good going OP! That customised plan will go so far into helping you build a routine and build a base to reach your goals.

Do your best and what you can manage and I'm certain you'll absolutely smash it

Well done. Its probs the hardest step. I only went back myself before Xmas. Workouts and being taught by a PT helped me to find what I enjoy more and can consistently stick with. So having a plan will help.

Sounds like you’re doing the right things for lower back pain. Have you thought about adding core strength? I fixed some serious long-term disc problems, years back with a combination of powerwalking, stretching and core strength, which got me into running half marathons and lost about five stone. I never had any back problems since

Thank you all for wonderful supportive messages, was a small step but i'm hoping with the support of specialist Cardiac trainer & will power on my part i'll come through this 10-12 weeks with a solid Base to which i can spring board from and aim for bigger health & fitness goals.

Appreciate it

Nice one OP! fitness pal is a helpful tool for keeping track of your plan, would also allow you to see your diet/calorie/macro intake before you get your plan just for comparison & going forward
