Morning Sickness

Let me preface this by saying I’m NOT pregnant (I haven’t had sex since 2019, it’d be a bloody miracle)

But every morning, I have terrible morning sickness. Or at least, morning nausea. It’s rare I actually throw up, but the nausea is so bad I’m sweating and crying in the staff room.

Anyone ever been through similar? It’s only been happening for 5 or so weeks. I thought it was my IBS, but that doesn’t explain why it’s only in the morning.

P.S: I know fab isn’t a doctors website, just looking for anyone who might have been through something similar

Have you ever suffered with acid reflux?

St Albans/ Welsh Borders

Sounds pretty horrible OP

I get nausea first thing and I put it down to sleep inertia. Not actually been sick but it can take a while to wear off

"Have you ever suffered with acid reflux? "

I have actually! A couple of years back I had a hiatus hernia, but this nausea doesn’t have any other symptoms of acid. It’s just nausea, almost like a severe travel sickness

I remember getting that a lot in year 11 at school, turned out to be stress and not eating properly

Boo's World

Low or High sugar levels when you wake up and being dehydrated can do this quite easily.

You should contact your Doctor for some basic checks.
