I don’t often post on here but when you reach rock bottom and you just want feel like enough is enough and ending it, anyone else been thought the same.

Don’t get me wrong I have met great people on here but it’s also very toxic

Hey is it Fab making you feel this way? Do you mean ending your Fab profile?

Can you talk to friends or family? There are other organisations if you have no-one to talk to. Samaritans or 'Give us a Shout'. They do either phone chat or text.

I have been on fab long enough and have taken breaks as we all do and believe it or not I work with the samaritans helping people. But as a shy person and not wanting to bother people with my personal stuff so seeing it from both sides is hard

I'm not sure if you mean fab is making you feel low or life in general but I really hope you have someone you can talk to.

You mentioned you help people through the Samaritans but maybe it's your turn to be helped

I know personally it’s not easy and daily life can be a struggle but there’s always a little something if you dig deep enough to keep you going, could be family members close friends or even strangers but talking and saying what’s troubling us is better shared than bottling it up, we do hope you feel better soon xx

Are there any steps can you take right now to make you feel even slightly better? If Fab is a big reason you are struggling then delete your account and rejoin when you're in a better mindset. What you're feeling is important and if you want to end your life you need to seek support immediately. It's good to hear of your workplace. Do they have anyone you could speak to? Or any family and friends you can lean on? I'm sorry you're feeling so low. You're not alone, and better days will come. Make sure you take care of yourself.

Because it’s the way I am if people were totally honest trying to reach out is very hard. I know volunteer because of past experiences hence seeing it from both sides.

I will take a break from fab as it’s down to one
