Anyone having issues with Age restriction bar message when accessing the site via mobile, happened twice in last few days despite verifying age with Vodafone.

Does someone else have access to your phone or phone account .Wife, partner etc they could be changing the adult access setting.

I've had this as well.

But randomly for a few weeks. But I'm not in Vodafone for starters so I'm confused. No other adults or Vodafone devices in the house.

Also a brand new phone

Bn having that issue for months, despite contacting vodafone repeatedly n getting the restriction lifted. It goes back to restricted in a few hours every time. Phone and account in my name and no one else has access.

Use of a VPN can help you around this normally

I have a phone on EE which wont let me access adult sites.

If you don't have a credit card it is difficult to get restrictions lifted. A debit card won't do as under 18 year olds can have one.

i went into the shop to show my ancient face and was told they would lift it bu the silly sods only lifted it to soft porn level so can't use that phone to tether my computer to and access FAB.

I'm on Vodafone and had this before.

They told me to text 5318008 with the word ADULT and it was lifted within the hour.

I've been into he Vodafone store and spent hours on the phone to their tech support over the last couple of days with no joy.

You've fixed it in 30 seconds.

Awesome.

Thanks but (un)fortunately don't have a contract. never have done with any of these b*ggers.

Not the end of the world, I tether to O2 for FAB. They gave me full access after a shop visit.

EE lets me look at PoF so I do that direct on that particular phone.

PoF is where the majority of my nookie comes from, not FAB!

Do you have securenet? If so that needs to be changed too. Give them a call.

It could be blocking adult content in the browser.

Download a few browsers and check.

Or you could use a VPN.

It's a thing with Vodafone. The app shows no age restriction bar in place but when you call customer services they say there is a lock on it.

This has happened me half a dozen times in the last couple of years and twice in the same week.

Last time was 2 weeks ago and when I asked why it keeps happening they said because I live near the border and my phone is constantly roaming and switching between Vodafone UK and Ireland it's almost like a reset.

I didn't believe them.
