If you are thinking about buying and running a farm, I would suggest contacting your nearest Agricultural College. It seems these days you do need to have proven training even if you are considering farming crops not just livestock.

yes we have one just out side Norwich Eastern .. one of my family did farming and one horse things there really very good and all ages .

I was in farming for over twenty years doing everything from tractor driver to mechanic and Cowman to Shepherd .

I also went to Sparsholt College of Agriculture near Winchester.

I am a postman now as the whole farming scene is in a dreadful state unless you are a agribusiness with thousands of acres etc.

I don't want to put you off , but have a long think about it first .

I have horses and sheep together and thay all get on lovely .. thay eat things my horses will not ..
