Always up early since many years ago had to get up particularly early to do a 2.5 to 3hr journey to work and got used to it. Even at weekend find it difficult to stay too long in bed in the morning. Though ysually go back after a cup of tea for a bit longer and until I get itchy feet to get up, shower and get on with my day.
