I haven't slept properly for months now.... Actually since we moved down south, I can be bushed whacked, climb into bed!!! And that's it I am wide awake, don't fall asleep till 4-5am do only getting a few hours each night!

I'm always wide wake at this time. Insomnia isn't good but it does mean I get a lot of work done in the small hours of the morning which means I can do a bit of daytime skiving when I need to
