Just bought six mince pies for £1.29. They seem to be regular size. Should I weight them individually and see if there's a difference in December?

Last weekend my local Morrisons had both Mince pies and, would you believe it, Hot Cross Buns .

Yesterday I made my mincemeat, well laced with Brandy, and at the weekend will make my first batch of Mince pies, last year I made over 150.

With regard to pigs in blankets my son in law anticipates we will require about 120 which is less than last year when we went through about 150.

I would expect they would be lighter in Dec as they would either be dried out or eaten by then
