I’ve got to have a course of B12 injections. Has anyone else had them? Do they have a positive effect on fatigue?

I do a course of them every few months. It does have a positive effect on fatigue.

I had a course of them. Actually I found them okay. I wouldn’t say I was suddenly “full of beans” but did feel better

I had mine done in a GP Surgery but had to pick them up from a pharmacist to take in for the injection

I have had one injection every three months for about five years. Previously I had unbearable itching in one arm and the B12 has cured it.

The placebo effect is very strong, regardless of treatment, so you may get a good benefit just from that.

Carlisle usually

My step dad used to get them. They got rid of a lot of grump from an outside perspective.

I have to have B12 injections every 2 months, as medication I'm on stops me absorbing B12 naturally. I can tell when I'm due my injection as I get more and more tired and irritable even depressed. Then feel so much better once I have had it.

Low B12 can be very dangerous so it's worth a blood test with your GP if you suspect it's low.
