"Is there a book you’ve always wanted to read or tried to read but really struggle with it? Or is there a recommendation for a great book? From a young age I have tried to read Lord of the Rings and just can’t get in to it. Same as Les Mis, that priest went for a long walk! I like all the old classics to read. The Kraken especially " Same.. I read every book in the school except LOTR.. the writing style of The Hobbit is just painful for me I tried again about 15 years ago when I bought the book set for my own children.. but nope. (They couldn't get into it either) | |||
