Somewhere In The Ether…

According to culinary legend, fudge was inadvertently invented in America on Valentine's Day in 1886, when a confectioner and chocolate maker in Baltimore, Maryland ‘fudged’ a batch of French caramels and instead produced….well…fudge as we now know it.
