How often do you prepare a meal, then don't want it? As I have got older this happens quite a lot, it's not wasted because as I like plain good old meat n veg, no fast foods for me, I refrigerate it and add it to my little dogs dry food a bit at a time till gone.

Never, I normally wish I was just starting to eat it again as I finish

land of make believe

I frequently start to prepare a meal because I am hungry and by the time it is ready I have to freeze for another day.

I'm with you, never. Although I did have a woman who used to say this.

I do plan a lot of meals, then when it comes to making it I'll be like meh and I'll grab something else. But it's very rare I'll actually cook the meal and not want it.

If I've got to the point of making it, I'm eating it

All over

Sometimes I do and leave it for next day or freeze for some other time. I try not to waste stuff. My brilliant frittata thread is testimony to that (shameless thread promotion)
