You wouldn't respond with your face if you weren't interested in the one you saw.

It just means they're not interested in you... It's why mine is always visible... And why I don't speak to faceless people when I am looking for meets or I make it clear that it will be chat only

We’ve not experienced this yet but if someone was to send a face pic and we at that point realised there wasn’t going to be an attraction we wouldn’t return message with ours.

We always like to ask for face pics should the conversation want to continue it's good to know who your talking to, but if a none starter we just apologise not for us and delete the chat. Also put a private note should they pop up again in future.

i had a couple ask for one once.

sent it and asked for one in return.

they refused to send one then when i refused to meet people i hadnt seen they reported me as a time waster

The way I see it, whoever instigates a conversation should send first. If someone messages me unsolicited and asks me for a face pic without sending theirs I’ll refuse.. they can go first.

Likewise if I start the conversation then I’ll send first.

It’s not really rocket science imho
