When the D is hard, I can't get it quite hard enough for any position other than missionary. Any drugs that can help or what are the best?

You're gonna have to get over that. It could potentially be quite serious. It probably isn't, but not worth the risk. Also, it's cheaper to get pills that could help on prescription.
