Does any one know what equipment we need for the new line, I had those corrupt friggers from BT on the phone yesterday saying there was an announcement in somerset two weeks ago telling us we need to take action now, no one seems to have seen this lol. Have done a little research and maybe all that is needed is a voip phone that will connect to my broad band router?

When we switched over they sent us two free handsets.

We had to ring them up - they were only going to send one but we said we had two analogue phones already and both needed replacement and it wasn’t a problem at all.

Providing you have a BT router, you should be able to plug your standard phone into it.

They should have given you a Digital Voice Adapter.
