"People parking on pavements so that wheelchair users can’t get past" Tell that to the telegraph pole outside my house which is further into the pavement than the bodywork of immediately adjacent cars parked with the consent of the council in this area. An oddity but true! To be fair, you did say "can't get past". In this instance they can get past the cars as well as the pole (and my protruding hedge). | |||
