Have a look at Blackpool Connections/Honeycombe in the club section here.

They have a small hotel - the only problem is - its not always open.

Its worth a call to them or send them an e mail.

Ive never stayed myself, but im told its clean, tidy, modern rooms and flat screen TVs - and of course connected with a swingers club.
