Appreciation post for my cat

I love my cat

I love waking up next to her every morning

I love when she gets all excited when I come home from work

I love how she just follows me everywhere

She’s so gorgeous (she’s medium/long hair kinda tuxedo) and she has such a lovely personality

She’s 6 months old…they grow up too fast

Anyone else want to share their appreciation for their cats? She’s the reason I stay alive 3

People that don’t like cats are just psychopaths…then again, so are some cats- I’m not quite sure what point I’m trying to make now, other than I like cats

I have two girls, both are a massive pain in the arse but wouldn’t never swap them for anything.

Though they’re both massive cuddle monsters.

We love our cats

..We have a older cat whose just a grumpy old man, and we have a younger female cat who rules the house and is obsessed with my husband and even tho it’s me mostly who feeds her has no loyalty towards me and has hit me on numerous occasions when I’m cuddling my husband .she’s a bitch but she’s our bitch …

They’re absolutely adorable.

I love the way ours come to greet us in the mornings or if we've been out. Especially, if they're chirping and purring

Mine are f’kin awesome.

They do an amazing job of stealth assassinations of spiders and rodent pests.

We don't have a cat. But there is a cat who doesn't seem to know this. She considers this her home half the time. So we've had to put up with her sneezing and waking us up at 4am recently as the poor thing has a cold. She also knows she's in charge as she'll meow really loudly to get us to open the front door for her - because she can't be bothered to leap the fence to get to the back door

She's an adorable pain in the bum

I adopted a cat from Cats Protection, paid the adoption fee, spayed him, vaccinated him, chipped him .....he moved next door. Two years later I did the same.... she moved next door. My neighbours worship cats, my cats work this out really quickly. I'm currently working on a feral cat, I have got it coming in to eat, it sits on the doormat if I leave the door open, but scoots if I go near it. It hisses at me something rotten

I'm not allowed to have a cat where I live so I just try to make friends with every cat I meet on the street. Love them.

I'd decided not to have another cat after my previous cat passed

Then I was adopted by a puss about 8 yrs ago, I'd left my door open when cutting my lawn when I went in to get a drink he was sat on my settee, gave him some tuna, when I went back in dish empty and so was the settee, went upstairs to wash and change and he wS asleep on my bed, after much perseverance he now allows me on it as well..

his previous owners said he wasn't very friendly, with me he's a softee

Worthing

I have a local cat that has been visiting for over 5 years. I do not feed her but she sleeps in garden or cries to come in if cold. She is nice company and likes cuddles.

We have 3 rescue cats. All spoilt.

..... and no nice furniture.

One always greets us when we get home. One always finds the treat stash no matter where it's hidden.

One wakes us up at 3am every night.

They all have puss in boots eyes and get away with far too much.

I was a bit slow out of bed this morning so got slapped awake by one of the cats. Always cracks me up when he does that, decides it’s time for me to get up and feed him and starts giving me a slap until I wake up and get up.

Tonypandy.

I'm owned by a ginger monster, who is approx 4 months old now. We found him abandoned at 6 weeks old.

He is a bloody psychopath with a taste for human blood, and the loudest purr I have ever heard. He also has a fetish for dirty socks, which he hides in his bed and chews.

Wow, he sounds like a character, but what about your cat?

Ours are both rescues and almost 11 years old now. The kids have grown up with them and they are mostly outdoor cats. They are special in their own little ways.
