Over the rainbow, under the bridge

If you could offer a newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be?

I know I want to say, 'Be yourself' but that is so twee and predictable.

Maybe, 'treat the world kindly'?

Move to Poland or Romania there's plenty of empty houses over there

Enjoy life and don't be afraid to take risks!

It doesn't come with a rewind button or a second go!!

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I have given newborns a letter for when they are older. I put it in the form of story that they can read and I hope the advice is then absorbed as they grow up. My advice is to always follow the golden rule.
